Dermol cream alternative/substitute

Does anyone know if there’s a alternative or equal substitute for dermol cream please? Many thanks.

DD uses Aveeno and zero double gel in addition to the Dermol cream.

Partner uses zerobase and Dermol lotion 500,and a steroid cream .

Thank you so much. Can either of those be used as soap substitute?

Eczmol is very similar. It’s antimicrobial like Dermol and is a soap substitute.

@DSArnott or @Bumpinthenight are either of you knowledgeable about creams and skin ?

My partner has Seborrheic keratoses on his back and I'm fascinated to see the impact of either Dermol or the steroid cream ( both prescribed for other skin complaint) on them .The black crusty surface is disappearing /gone completely in some .

I just wonder why .

That's interesting!
Dermol moisturises the skin so I guess helps the SK not be all dry and crusty.
The steroid cream thins the skin and we use it thinly and not for long so I guess the thinning has an effect on them too.

Not a font of all knowledge with creams though so can't be too scientific
