Hi so I have vitiligo where patches of my skin turn white . On some of my freckles / mole I’ve had small bits of white I thought it was the vitiligo . But whilst checking my skin I found one where it had a small white bit but has now got black instead . Not sure if I should get it checked out or see if anything else changes. It does feel a little different to more rough it’s strange. Any help please I don’t want to waste the dr time but obviously don’t want to leave it either. Thank you

I’d definitely see the doctor about it. It will take him or her all of 3 minutes to decide whether to investigate this or not. Hardly a waste of their time, and you’ll get some peace of mind.

As it's changed get it checked out it's always best. You should also take pics so you can see the changes.

Yes get checked ASAP. Probably nothing but you should always get checked if in doubt because you never can tell and any change to a mole should be checked.
Worst case scenario, it’s something serious and they remove it and send you off on your way with a bit of treatment if really necessary. Melanoma is extremely treatable so don’t be scared of the worst case scenario.
No doctor will say you’ve wasted their time. That’s what they’re there for

Any changes in a mole should be checked out. You aren't wasting their time.
