Does anyone know any tips or whether cabbage leaves help for when milk comes in? I'm day 4 post birth and formula feeding! Thanks

I used Savoy cabbage leaves from the fridge, the shape and coolness helped a lot.

It does make them feel less hot and sore but also reduces the amount of milk you have.

Thanks @CustardSquirrel gonna send the husband out to get some cabbages!

I would use them to help with engorgement and mastitis, but only for short periods. I have used them to help me continue to breastfeed, but also to help my milk dry up with my other child who went onto bottle feeding.

I forgot (this is second baby) I forgot how much the engorgement hurts!

Oh yes - Savoy cabbage was a life saver with all 3 of mine. So soothing. Never heard that they reduce the volume of milk though.

Just don’t walk into any doors. That kills.

I found wearing a good bra with a sports bra over it really helped. Kept them super supported, they couldn’t move a mm!

Congratulations on your new arrival!

I didn’t find they helped at all. I wore my bra ALL the time, necked ibruprofen like it was going out of fashion and had a set of these in the fridge www.google.co.uk/aclk?sa=L&ai=DChcSEwiF68z_vZbxAhWR2LIKHXx-APMYABAFGgJscg&ae=2&sig=AOD64_1uIWXhRBZ3yo2eOnOm4ja47P4Esw&ctype=5&q=&ved=2ahUKEwi9yMT_vZbxAhWnBWMBHafEBEsQwg96BAgBECE&dct=1&adurl=
