Lunch box ideas for 18 month old

I think my DS is getting fed up with his daily sarnie and crisps and fruit and yogurt... I'm looking for some inspiration for his lunch box for nursery, please. I occasionally make sausage rolls which he enjoys, savoury muffins which he throws on the floor, I give little pots of fruit and cheese which he sometimes will eat.

Any ideas welcomed!

Pitta bread pizzas are popular here - small amount of pesto spread thinly then cheese on top then under the grill to melt - top with peppers and tomatoes

Then eaten cold?

Why do you think he’s fed up? My experience is toddlers love sameness! But you could try a cold pasta salad, a wrap or filled roll instead of a regular sandwich, pinwheels (make a sandwich with eg ham on fairly thin bread, roll into a sausage shape and cut into slices like a Swiss roll), slice of cold frittata, things to dip in humous (breadsticks, crudités)…

My toddlers favourites are olives, chorizo, breadsticks, pasta with pesto and quiche.

Sorry, only just seen this - yes, hot or cold works

Also breadsticks or cheesesticks popular with diced cheese, ham, tomatoes, cucumber and peppers

Is there a catered option? If you’re worried about his intake you could try it for a month to see if it improves?
