Help me remember this TV show?

Ok so not much to go on, I remember this as a segment/challenge on a 'celebrity juice' type silly show....
The contestants would be strapped lying down on a 'pizza base', which would then spin around while sloppy, messy ingredients were dropped onto them

Any guesses anybody?
