Relatives that don't wash their hands

Now we are able to visit family again, I have noticed that one family member does not wash their hands, seemingly at all - no soaps at the sinks, open about 'not needing to as you don't get dirty'. Almost proud! I don't feel comfortable and make my own cups of tea etc. What would you do in this situation?

Not accept food/cup of tea off them when visiting.
I'd not say anything though. It's their disgusting choice.

No food or drink. Avoid touching handles and switches etc. Hand gel as you leave and try not to touch your face.

DHs grandad is similar. Early on in the covid pandemic he thought the advice to wash hands more often was absurd. He proudly told us he washes his hands twice a day, when he gets up and before he goes to bed because did they look dirty? while doing jazz hands.

I bleached all the handles after he left.
