Looking for the FODMAP good/bad list but they all seem to contradict each other.

I can't seem to find one that's the proper one, they are all different and seem to allow things others say isn't allowed.

Where's a genuine place to go!

A dietician. Not a nutritionist.

I paid for a private dietician, it wasn't as expensive as I thought (about £150 all in) and she provided me a full list as part of the ongoing appointments. She did say the Internet was a nightmare for bad advice on FODMAP.
