It's for the best boss I ever had. We don't work together but still in the same organisation, and speak often.

She loves dogs and horses. If you were returning and loved dogs and horses what would you like?

Does she have a dog? Is there anyway you could get a pet portrait done? Or a painting of her favourite place she goes with her dog or horse?
We recently got a colleague a painting of a cricket pitch he’s been going to for years to watch his favourite team.

That's a great idea, thank you!

Please please please if you are getting a cake with her pet/horse/dog on it. Please make sure that the animal is still alive. My first month in a full time job one of the bosses retired. For some reason I was included in meal at a really posh restaurant. They brought out a cake with a picture of the horse printed on it. Sadly the horse had to be put down the previous week. The poor man was distraught but had obviously been trying to hide it. The cake really upset him.

Thankfully they're very much alive and kicking!
