Washing machine diaster - can my clothes survive?!!

My washing machine went bang and stopped yesterday mid-cycle. From looking up the error code thats flashing, seems its a problem with the motor Confused
I have called the repair people and the earliest they can come out is Weds.
Its a top loader, the drum is upside down and I cant get the wet clothes out! Any ideas on how bad this will be for the stuff inside? There's a towel, a linen dress, couple of cotton dresses, socks.
Will they just need a fresh wash (or two) or might they they actually mouldy by then?
Have drained the water as far I can with the hose at the bottom...

It looks like one of the little ones that are very common in France.

Have you tried turning the drum by hand? Sometimes when they stop, the hinged bits that open are underneath and you have to put your fingers in the depressions and pull the drum towards you.

Hope that works.

I have tried turning it by hand and even unscrewed the screws I can see to see if I could take the drum out, but no luck. Its locked solid, no give at all with it. Have also tried unplugging it, and seeing if it go on a quick, low power spin cycle to jig it, but nothing. Its stuck!

I can put it on rinse, it will fill for a few minutes then cut out as the drum is stuck. Then drain off as much water as possible with the hose at the bottom.
Would that help with not getting mildew/mould? Or just make it worse?
Sad

Think with mildew, once it's open, just to wash them again.
