I don't remember what channel it was on, or even if it WAS a program, it might've been a film? I'm not sure, I was only 9 or 10 so I'm not even sure how I came to watch it because it definitely wasn't for kids

From what I vaguely remember, a man/teen (maybe a group of them?) are in a cellar that's having building work done and they accidentally kill a girl/teen with a plastic sheet (now that I look back I assume he/they were raping her because she was lying on the floor) she was wearing a red coat and glasses. And while she was under the sheet, she somehow managed to snap the end of her finger off Anyway, she ends up dead and is buried within the cellar wall, put in a hole and it's bricked up.
Some years later the man comes back and pulls down the brickwork hiding her and she's all decomposed, the camera shows her hand with the finger with the broken off end. I think the man breaks down with guilt?
Anyway, that's all I can remember. I'm not sure what channel it was on or anything (it will have only been 1-5 though because that's all the channels we had!)
It's been bugging me on and off for a while and I really want to know what it was!
