Hello guys

I'm just having the worse possible day

To top it all off

My dog got off his lead and ran towards the postman's car the postman got out and went to kick him
He then started to shout at me
Arghhhhhhh
I'm so not able for life sometimes especially not today

Someone please distract my mind

Hand hold and OP. Hope things get better

Some days start of really shit but don’t let that set the tone for the rest of the day. Make yourself a nice cuppa and have a treat of some kind with it, a few deep breathing exercises and you’re good to go x

Dog wasn't near him

Try to put it out of your mind. It’s shit when something happens and you just can’t shake the feeling of being inadequate
