We had a party at the weekend and where most people enjoyed a drink or two one person stood out. She brought some drinks of her own which she drank first without sharing them, then polished off at least two bottles of wine. Then 3 hours after all the other guests had left, when I was trying to get my young children bathed and to bed she was pestering me for more booze.
We had a conversation about drinking and she said she drinks every night so therefore can drink lots without getting drunk.
I’m sure she would be shocked if she knew I considered her behaviour antisocial and think she is an alcoholic, so am interested to hear what others think?
