Any V&A Members had an issue booking single members ticket to an exhibition? I've booked for 3 exhibitions as member on separate dates, but not had the tickets emailed to me.
I did book another 3 child tickets and my member ticket to the Alice one and those tickets came through fine.
I emailed them last week but not had any response, plus I tried calling today and gave up after 30 mins on hold. Just wondering if it's just me, or a bigger issue!
