What did you eat today....?

Just for fun, but also because I’m nosey and I’m
also looking for some meal ideas....

I will start

Breakfast -
Shreddies with skimmed milk and some berries

Lunch -
Ham salad

Dinner -
Sweet jacket potato with 30g cheddar and salad.

Snacks-
Satsuma
Granny Smith Apple
Lightly salted rice cake
Chocolate Orange cereal bar

Breakfast - yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries, sultanas, walnuts, dried cranberries and cherries

Lunch - enormous mixed salad with sourdough croutons, cheese and ham and Caesar dressing

Dinner - sweet potato chilli with leftover brisket, rice, pitta, sour cream, cheddar and guacamole.

Pudding - nigella kahlua and espresso ice cream.

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and although I'm eating fairly healthily I'm constantly starving and my portion control is off the chart. If it isn't nailed down, I will eat it. Also pretending that alcohol in puddings doesn't count Confused

Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - chicken mayo roll (from the butcher's and it's so tasty) with some "crunchie fries" aka Lidl french fries crisps.
Dinner: pork and apple burger topped with a fried egg.
Snacks: Jacobs crackers and goats cheese.

Lot of bread today but that was because we had rolls that needed using up lol. My fiance was delighted as we usually never have bread 😂 as we don't get through it fast enough and it goes mouldy.

Lunch - crackers with goats cheese, satsuma and blueberries

Dinner - southern fried chicken with salad and corn on the cob

Snacks - quavers and a Freddo, raspberries and blackberries

I'm having great success with low carb high fat and intermittent fasting at the moment so what I eat is a bit strange!

B: none
L: 1/2 a 'fathead' pizza (no carb base made with eggs, cheese and ground almonds) with meat and veg topping, boiled egg and Mayo
D: feta herb salad with stripped courgette in lemon basil oil and mint, bit of cheese, bit of tuna Mayo
Dessert: Mini bar of dark choc

Oh today was not a healthy day.

Seedy toast with peanut butter

Almond milk and sugar free chocolate ice cream milkshake

Rice crispy square x 2
Low sugar flapjack
More seedy toast and Nutella

That’s it. No fruit or veg oops. Not like me to be fair. I have PMT and a migraine so craving sugary carbs.

Got a healthy shop arriving tomorrow with lots of good fruits and veg so will do better!

Eggs on toast for breakfast. I skipped lunch because I was caught up with work, and then I made chili which I served on mashed potatoes. I should have eaten more but it was a shit day.

Breakfast: small brown of crunchy nut cornflakes with oat milk, glass of 50/50 water an fruit juice. Herbal tea x2

Dinner: half tin of pea and broccoli soup with two slices unbuttered bread and herbal tea. Followed by hot chocolate drink and slice of apple pie.

Snack: crisps (wotsits) and a glass of water.

Tea: some things that looked a bit like fish fingers except they were vegetables, didn't pay too much attention to what they were exactly, 3 small ones of those which was half the packet, with half a tub of microwave vegetables - peas, kale, asparagus and a knob of herb butter. Herbal tea.

Snack: half a tin of fruit and more herbal tea.

B - one scrambled egg one piece of whole meal toast.
L - x2 veggie sausage big plate of salad
D - veggie bolognese
S - x2 bananas, peach yogurt, red grapes and 4 Nairn’s oat biscuits plus a load of green tea

Yesterday:

B: slice of low carb toast with almond butter, black coffee x 2
L: leftover fajita filling (chicken, peppers, shallots, salsa) with salad, small bowl of Greek yoghurt with a few raspberries and blueberries
D: salmon fillet with courgettes and asparagus, square of Montezuma's 100% cocoa dark chocolate.

Breakfast today was the same as yesterday's, lunch will probably be a mushroom, feta and spinach omelette, and I'm planning a green chilli with cauliflower rice for dinner.

So today -

Breakfast-
Small coffee, 2 x weetabix with a banana.

Lunch -
I’m just about to eat veggie bolognese that I batch cooked a few weeks ago. I’m not having anything with it.

Dinner will be teriyaki salmon with vegetables.

I’m going to try not to snack as much today, but I have an apple, satsuma and a handful of blackberries Incase I change my mind. Grin
