Xbox game pass on 2 Xboxes?

We have the Ultimate Xbox game pass on one Xbox which has 3 profiles on it, we have an additional Xbox with another profile which we have a separate Xbox gold pass on that is about to run out. Is there a way we can use the Xbox game pass on the additional Xbox with a different profile? It's just so it can access Xbox live without having to purchase an additional pass.

I’m pretty sure you can use it on 2 devices but only 1 device can be logged in to it at one time, so if you’ve got two people trying to use the one game pass at the same time , one will be kicked off as it’s per account.
