Pilates Instructor

I've always always wanted to try Pilates, I just have a feeling I'd love it. However it's virtually impossible to find a class near to where I live. There are very few and those that exist are always fully booked.

So now I am wondering, if there's such a demand for Pilates and not enough instructors/classes, maybe it would be a good idea to become a Pilates instructor!

Is this a crazy idea? To train to become a Pilates instructor without any prior experience? I found a course for around 3k that takes 6 months.

I'm just hoping someone in the Pilates world would see this and tell me I'm either crazy or a genius!

You would need to have some experience of actually doing Pilates before becoming an instructor. No matter how fit you are you wouldn’t be able to develop the strength and flexibility of an instructor in a 6 month course.
It would take more than a few months to do these moves expertly for example

Do Boho Beautiful on You tube an hour a day not her twenty minute tasters her full plates it will give you a better idea. I taught pikates and yoga for over a decade but I was already a fitness instructor and had been doing it for a decade or so before. Its very profitable if you are good at it.
