Anyone have Clubcard plus and can answer a question please?

I've just signed up to the free trial and was wondering,if I scan and pack,then do I scan in with the app barcode or scan it at the till for the discount??

You just scan it once when you collect the handset. It then knows your clubcard is attached to the order. You don't need to scan it again at the till.

I tried scanning the app at the scanner point and it didn't work (those scanner points are decidedly temperamental). So now I scan my card as usual and then use the app when I get to the till - I can't remember whether I have to scan anything else before using the coupons but I've never had a problem.

(oh, except once when it wasn't working at all, and the shop said I'd have to contact Clubcard myself. Don't believe them if this happens - Clubcard said the shop should have done it)

Take a piece of paper to waggle around the coupon slot, because they still haven't got that sorted.
