Bleeding after sex but he wasn’t inside? I’m so scared

I had sex sort of on Saturday. We were grinding (sorry if tmi) but he didn’t go inside as we didn’t have contraception. There was a lot of grinding and he was close to the entrance. I’ve noticed blood when I wipe this morning, similar to when I’ve had rough sex in the past now and then. But I’m worried that this can’t be that? Surely? If he wasn’t properly inside me? I’m worrying something awful is wrong.

If he inserted his fingers, particularly with long nails, this can easily make you bleed.

Its probably just irritated the area ,I wouldn't worry

Bleeding in between periods needs to be investigated by a doctor - highly unlikely it’s related when you haven’t been penetrated. Could be something not concerning like a cervical ectropian but there are other causes that need to be ruled out.

He didn’t use fingers. It was just lots of grinding so I could feel his penis against the opening but not inside. I’ve never had this before only a little bit after sex now and then and had it checked and was told it was normal. I’m worried it’s not related to that this time

@Deathgrip yes I have that. It’s been commented before. But that wouldn’t be irritated unless actually inside would it?

I have that sometimes. I have cervical ectropion. Perhaps check it out? It's not dangerous, I've been told, but it did make me worry at times.

It sounds like skin irritation. I wouldn't be worried unless it continues to happen regularly when you have penetrative sex.

The blood on the tissue was very very pale, it wasn’t a lot and I only noticied it by chance, non in the toilet etc. It was literally a tiny bit but it’s terrified me. Online it says it could be all sorts of awful infections

Maybe it's a little scratch or tear. I wouldn't worry too much unless it continues. Google will always show you the worst-case scenario...
