My dm is a heavy smoker. I do her washing and drying for her. The smell of her dirty washing really stinks of stale smoke. It makes my machine smell for my subsequent washes no matter what detergent I use.
In the winter or on rainy days, i dry the washing in the dryer. The smell is pumped around the house and our stuff then stinks if I need to use the dryer in the subsequent few days.
Any ideas? Industrial strength detergent?
I can't not do her washing.
