Pain down below

I have a tender abdominal area and keep getting spasms that are really painful in my lady bits. This usually, but not always, happens when I need a wee and I can hardly walk to the loo. It continues at the start of a wee, eases in the middle then comes back towards the end. It's a really pathetic wee too and if I sit a while more comes out along with more pain. Sometimes after a wee the pain can last for quarter of an hour but usually becomes spasms for a while before easing.
I've been tested for a UTI and thrush which I'm waiting for results. I was given 3 days antibiotics which haven't done anything.
When the doctor examined me she said I had a slight prolapse which was nothing to worry about but to keep an eye on it.
I've also recently started using vagifem to ease dryness and burning. Dont want to leave the house as its numerous times a day and I have to stand still and hold myself to try and get through the pain.Anyone else had symptoms like this?

It sounds like interstitial cystitis?

IC is often mistaken for UTIs leading to antibiotics that aren't needed with a condition that is also not resolved - Not saying that is necessarily your situation but defo worth checking this out: www.ichelp.org/diagnosis-treatment/diagnosis-of-ic/wrong-diagnosis/
