Online recs for counsellor for a self harming teen in sussex

My 15 yr old daughter is at boarding school, we are overseas. We.know she half harmed a month ago and have set up the next steps with her school. There is a waiting list so want to find a good counsellor independently. She is a sweet shy girl so someone gentle would be fanatstic.

Can anyone help?

I know someone lovely who specialises in this kind of counselling (not me, I promise), although I don't know if she works with people as young as your daughter. Would be worth asking. Highly recommend Hope for Harm Mental Health Service - on Facebook.
