Help me remember this TV show...

Does anyone remember this BBC or ITV drama series from 2001 or thereabouts?

It was about a young-ish male teacher who was torn between two love interests. The advert billed it as one being everything he needed and the other everything he wanted. There were a few supporting characters including pupils and teachers, one of whom was obsessed with clocks.

Does anyone remember the show, and do you have any ideas of the title?

Yep. It had Jonathan Kerrigan from 'Casualty' in it. 'Reach For The Moon'.

As far as I know, just one series. Not sure it was ever repeated.

I quite liked it, but it was axed after one series, I'm sure. Keep hoping it might crop up on 'BritBox' or ITV3. I dimly recall a storyline whereby dishy head boy (JJ Feild) knocks up a classmate, and this imperils his crack at Oxbridge. And much more vividly, an episode where a rising cricket star is in love with his male PE teacher (but doesn't know he is gay) and fabricates a story that he'd touched him up or something.
