Convinced I have cancer

I suffer from health anxiety so do stress about this often. But I have had a spot for a few weeks, I scratched it by mistake and it bled and there is this stuff under it. Is this normal? As I am now freaking out that I have cancer. It's Friday night/Saturday morning so won't be able to get a gp appointment until Monday at the earliest. I also know this isn't a doctors forum before anyone jumps on and says that. Thanks for reading

hi! i have these too and in my case they're just bug bites which have been picked at. nothing to worry about as far as i know

@neroforte thank you so much for slightly putting my mind at ease. It was just the whitish stuff under it that concerned me (not like puss or anything from a normal spot). Thanks again

I was going to say the same thing.
Mosquito bite that I have picked at look exactly the same. Try to do something this weekend to distract yourself and repeat to yourself: my thoughts don’t control me, I control my thoughts (this often works for me). Hopefully GP tells you on monday that everything is fine.

I would assume insect bite, very normal this time of year.
