Changing Legoland tickets given Covid symptoms?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. We have legoland tickets booked for tomorrow but my husband has come down with Covid symptoms and so we can’t go. Per their website tickets are usually non transferable but they will change dates in some circumstances e.g. covid symptoms preventing travel. I sent in a request earlier to their queries line to do this but have had no reply yet so not sure where we stand?

Anyone gone through this already? Will they reschedule easily or do I need to show evidence of a COVID test or something? My husband is refusing to go for a PCR test (but has had a negative lateral flow test at home - I know, not the same!! I am trying to convince him he needs to book a PCR test!)

Thanks!

If you haven't got through to their helpline then it seems booking a PCR test is a no-brainer. As well as being the socially responsible thing to do (the advice is to get a PCR test rather than lateral flow if you have symptoms) Legoland might require it to change your tickets, so without it you might be out of pocket.

It's not fun, but he just needs to do it Confused

Fucksake. LF tests are for people with no symptoms. He needs to book a PCR test, pronto, if he has symptoms, and if you stand any chance of rearranging/refunding the lego tickets they're likely to need evidence too.

16 months into this pandemic and people are still questioning this?

Does he realise that you all need to isolate for 10 days if he is not having a PCR test? So no going to work, school, supermarkets?
