D&V accompanied by lower back pain?

Hi. I just felt very tired so had a nap, woke up to go to the toilet and was then sick. I have a horrible radiating lower back and abdominal pain.

I’m coeliac but haven’t had any gluten at all!

I know it could just be a bug but I have a couple of friends who have had gallbladder problems etc and the pain isn’t like any other pain I’ve felt before. Can anyone identify ?

I suffer recurrent kidney infections that have these symptoms. Stomach pain is actually bladder pain, lower back pain is renal pain. Please get checked out.

I’m not due on my period, no. Will keep track of the back pain though it seems to have eased a bit this morning

I would be concerned about a kidney infection too.
