Just been chatting to an old friend from uni, she's had such a bad time, health, redundancy and just managed to get out of bad relationship. I just wish I could give her money and help her out. She's not asking me for money, I actually messaged her and sadly I'm short of money myself. But I suppose a miracle or lottery win is the only way for us average people to make a big change. I'm not in a bad place, maybe 10k debt from not quite earning enough to cover the bills for the past few years since having kids. But there are a handful for truely wonderful souls I know that deserve better. I'll keep working hard, just would love to be able to help her.
