Had to take two years out due to a nervous breakdown, during which I was hugely supported by MN and indeed at times this was only social network ... I managed with a lot of GP support to get back to studying via distance learning in January, started therapy at the same time .
I sat all my exams May to June at least one of which I had a horrendous UTI at the time, and still balancing mental health and caring responsibilities .
Got my exam feedback this morning - I’ve passed absolutely everything except for two modules; one of which I was only one mark away from passing the only component I’ve failed - and one of which I knew I’d be resitting from the get go (as it was spread across the semester before I took time out up until now - so passing it first time around wasn’t realistic) .
Not only that but two of the three modules I’ve passed I’ve been told are first class/‘excellent’ grades and have got glowing placement feedback .
I am so, so proud of myself right now; on top of the world !
