What is a high flying job?

I never ever hear anyone in real life refer to their job as this but see it a lot of MN, seen it twice already today.
So what is a pretty high flying job? Just so I know when I get there 😄
Is it when you are a "director" and earn £120k+ or ....is it simply that you travel lots and wear smart suits...or what is 'high flying' to you personally?!

I used to have a “high flying” job meaning I was in the air 3 weeks out of 4 flying to and from different offices Grin I wasn’t earning 6 figures.

Now I own my own business, work from my home office in my holey pyjamas or lounge wear and slippers drinking tea and cuddling with my cats. Not high flying at all but I earn more than 6 figures.

It depends on how you define it personally I think!
