I've worked at the same large company for 11 years and have a CV I'm pretty happy with - have just used it to apply for a number of promotion options.
I've just been approached by a headhunter for a BIG role in a competitor which I'm really interested in. What are the key differences I should consider for an external CV? Obviously I need to anonymise sensitive data, but are there any other gotchas?
