Sensitive teeth

Hi all,

In a lot of pain right now :( went dentist yesterday and he said nothing wrong with teeth but gum slightly exposed. I stupidly used colgate for a month. Normally use sensodyne.

Anyone know what I can do? He applied some chloride? But it hasn’t helped. Top row hurt really bad. Can’t eat

It's most likely fluoride that your dentist put not chloride. Have you tried switching back to sensodyne?
