Like in many other areas, our Council have contracted the Leisure Centres out to Serco Leisure.
If you have a dispute with them, and they won't talk to you, is there any 'body' you can complain to ?
It was a relatively small amount of money we disagree over, but their bombardment of texts and e-mails from 'no reply' addresses, and their refusal to engage in a simple conversation is really annoying me.
I have asked them for their complaints process, but not heard back.
Is there any route to take other then ending up paying the money (as they keep threatening to pass the 'debt' on to debt collectors, and, quite frankly I don't want that on my credit rating). You know like there is a 'financial ombudsman' if you are in dispute with a bank or insurance company. Or a trade body if you are in dispute with a builder or garage or something ?
