Ideas of what to send to a very stressed DP?

My DP is going through a massively stressful time with work related and family things with parents. He is often in tears briefly and then will just carry on. He is so lovely and it hurts me to see him like this. Things should get better in next few months.

In the meantime I want to try and do something to help him. We don’t live together and when we are together I will cook or make plans to go out, help with tidying etc. Basically anything that needs doing.

But id like to send him something nice in the post for him to open and something nice for him. I have googled but nothing is coming up that seems suitable!

I thought the sweet boxes by post were dear and a lame gift. .until someone sent me the retro one and I absolutely loved it! It lasted ages and everytime I had a sweet it made me smile!

Son at university we send him treats. He particularly loved this one. Those nights when he is beavering away at the computer into the early hours a shot of coffee and one of these is great he says.

A batch of frozen, healthy and delicious ready meals. Such as the all-plants or mindful chef frozen ranges.
