Always keep a small hammer too, on the remote possibility your car went under water (to smash a window).

Power bank, cable, charger that fits in the cigarette lighter. (I have got a seatbelt cutter charger)
Torch and spare batteries.
Kitchen roll (good for all sorts of tasks) and window spray.
Kids wetwipes
Hand gel and spare masks

My charger has a pointy end for hammering windows as well as the seat belt cutter.
