I don't im all honesty know why I'm feeling so bloody low and depressed.

Due to health (I have scoliosis and suffer with chronic back pain) im having to live of UC, CB AND PIP. But im finding once all bills are paid and food got I've £80 for top up shops. We have a CMPA and egg allergy so food bill isn't exactly cheap. (Along with it seems to double each month as food is going up) its just me and my 2yr old. But starting to feel quite depressed over that I can't take him out or even afford silly little things. Let alone sell a thing (plenty to sell but no takers) when I see friends in the same situation on benefits going out and having fun. Where am I going wrong? Food some how on my shop for next month is 250! Like how and thats not everything as tesco only let you order so much.

Would love some advice on how to balance it out so we can actually go out etc.
