Summer at last

There is already a thread for summer haters so I thought I would start one for summer lovers.

I love summer because:

I don't have to wear several layers to leave the house.
No need for central heating.
My garden looks nice.
Long, light evenings.
Being able to line dry my washing.
I can wear my summer clothes and go barefoot.
I suffer from SAD.
It never gets stupidly hot where I live (it is currently 18 degrees).

Everyone seems so much happier.
Not having to bother about coats.
Craving salads and fruit.
Driving my car with the roof off.
Living in shorts and getting sun tanned legs.
