Skinny tan - what do I need?

So I'm pasty white after all these lockdowns.

I've never purchased ST but have heard lots about it.

What do I need to start myself off ? Does anyone recommend anything in particular?

Anything to avoid?

What do you mean what do you need? I mean recommendations are to exfoliate, use the mitt etc, but I just buy a large box of latex gloves, rub it on, shower it off when I can be arsed job done.
