Why am I so tired?

For the last month I've been pretty fatigued,I get out of breath really easily and my legs feel heavy simply walking up a flight of stairs.
Drs have run blood tests for anemia, thyroid, vitamin b12, blood sugar and all are normal. During our last call she vaguely said it could be viral. I'm getting nothing done at home because I'm permanently exhausted.

Does anyone have any ideas?

It could be better and I'm trying to improve it now, upped my protein intake, eating more fruit and veg etc and taking multivitamins too

Have you had your blood pressure checked?

Have you been tested for Covid?

I've had a covid test and it was negative. That was around a fortnight after I started feeling this way, no temp, cough or anything.

No blood pressure check. I've not seen a dr face to face

I'd suggest checking your bp to rule out either low or high bp - a pharmacist can do this or you can buy a machine to use at home.

I wonder if you may have had Covid at some point without symptoms and this is some sort of long Covid.

Hope you get some answers soon Flowers
