Help needed - baby napping

I have a 3 month old baby, she has just started to get into a very loose napping routine. However, she naps in a swing. If I don’t use the swing, I can’t get her to nap, it’s torturous. My theory is a well rested baby is the priority right now.

I know that napping in a swing is a. Not long term and b. Not the safest. I watch her the whole time and it is a safe swing however, it’s not ideal.

What do I do ? Do I try and focus my attention on getting her regular naps in and if so, when do I start to transition to the crib ?!.

It’s worth noting she sleeps in her crib of a night, I try to make the rooms dark in the day etc, all the things your told to do.

Is the crib in the same location as the swing seat?
Does the crib rock?

So putting the crib in the same place for naps might help.

Perhaps try napping in pram/pushchair if the movement helps.

Yeah I might try moving the swing, she won’t nap in her pram, used to but just no chance now
