I’m feeling cynical today. Isn’t there a law that states that your spouse cannot be required to give evidence against you? Otherwise, can’t see the hurry...

Cantdecidewhich · 30/05/2021 10:35

Yes all very sudden, apparently guests got 30 minutes notice!

She looked gorgeous in that dress and the flowers in her hair, congratulations to both or them.,

Bsmirched · 30/05/2021 10:42

Literally nothing to congratulate is there? Serial adulterer (including to his now ex wife who was going through cancer treatment) and proven liar marries the latest misguided woman.

3 threads on this already. Must be a slow day

Sparklingbrook · 30/05/2021 13:02

Yes this is about the third thread I've seen. Confused

Beancounterzz · 30/05/2021 13:22

How does that work in the case of a domestic violence charge then? This can’t be true surely?

You can't be compelled to give evidence against your spouse, as in being called as a hostile witness. Nothing to stop you doing it voluntarily.
