Well it's been announced by the BBC. Kind of odd Downing Street aren't admitting it if the BBC are so definite about it. Not am "allegedly" in sight.

Interview on radio 4 now. Just explained that because his two previous marriages weren't in a Catholic church they aren't recognised by them so there's no problem! And he's technically not Catholic apparently because despite being baptised such as a baby, he was later confirmed as an Anglican.

There's a simple reason for doing it like that - get special licence, no need to publish banns or give nothing CEV to registrar.
