Favourite IKEA buys

What are your all time favourite IKEA buys from furniture to fejka? Going to go tomorrow, aiming for opening time, and have a list but open to inspiration.

Always get candles when I go.

And toy pandas.

Plastic bag clip things

Candles. I got a beautiful vase last time.

Everyone needs a socktopus.

Also, I've had my pepper grinder for over 20 years. Other more expensive pepper grinders have come and gone kaput, but my ikea faithful trudges on. It's a good grinder!

My mattress is my favourite buy but I’m guessing you’re probably after smaller bits!

I love my tradfri smart light set up. And generally their lighting section. Candles and plants are always winners

I always end up buying scissors from IKEA.

The umbrellas are good, think they are by the tills. Worth grabbing one.

My bed /chair lyksyle or similar so comfy and just lovely to have a bed of my own when I need it.

I love their Long handled Shoe Lifts with the Snake head Back Scratcher handy reaching Hook on the other end, l must have about 4 of them lurking around various locations in my house!

Tupperware

2nd for plastic bag clips. Also paper napkins with nice patterns and their heavy duty ziplock food bags and rolls of drawer liners. Not the furniture.

A rail with hooks to hang my kitchen utensils next to my cooker, so useful!

😁 I know, I'll come back with a boot full of stuff I didn't know I needed.

Over the years I have bought several small tables from Ikea and still have one of those very cheap lack square ones. I am loathe to throw it out as I fear it will cry. It is part of the family and has been in use in almost every room at some time. Television tables, side tables, coffee tables etc. all from Ikea.

I go there every few months and love to start at arrow 1 and work my way around but sometimes I buck the trend and divert off course just for the hell of it.

My two bedside lamps are from Ikea. I may replace them some time soon and Ikea is where I shall be headed.
