Not sure why you're asking. It looks similar to one from my portable air cooler.

What do you need to know about it? Someone might be able to help.

My Four year old drank it at school. I want to know what it is made of exactly. And contact the company.

We have been to hospital and she is fine but i still want to know

I can't remember where it came from. It had been in my freezer for ages

So glad she is OK! If it is a screw on lid (like my air cooler ice pack), it was probably filled at home with tap water.

@hedgehoglurker thank you. You could smell the chemicals, it definitely wasn't water 😢
