Anyone have one? From what I can see they are relatively new so wondering why I can buy one for around £100 ? Why is it so cheap?

It has a poor processor and camera so will not take great pictures and might be a bit slow doing some things but it's a very good budget phone but it's very basic for a samsung. Its got a good screen and a great battery life but it's a bit heavy and bulky.

It's an entry level model - has more basic features. Often aimed at the teen market or people who don't really need "smartphone" features but want a phone that doesn't look too different from other phones.

This site is always good, I like their in depth reviews.

I have one, I smashed my pixel and didn't want to spend loads, I only really use my phone for browsing the Web and messages/calls, I do everything else on my laptop and tablet, but have been impressed. For the price it's fine, as has been said the camera isn't amazing, but good enough, and it is quite bulky.

If you don't want to read through all of the technical stuff just go to the final page "Alteranatives and verdict"

Brilliant thanks. It's for DH who doesn't do loads on his phone and breaks them quite often so might be just right for him!

It doesn't have any protection on it, if he is prone to breaking them that might be worth bearing in mind. No anti scratch or anti shatter glass, no waterproofing. You might want to put a rubber case on it, I find those are the best against dropping (I'm clumsy... have also found these effective against toddlers and preteens who drop them on tiled floors at school!)

I've just bought one for my mum, great for what she needs it for. The processor isn't as good as other models so it's a bit slower but from what I've seen it's a good phone

They're cheap shit. Get a proper one that will last you a few years, iPhone, Samsung, Google phones are all strong options. You'll be looking to spend at least £600-1000 for a decent one.

It is a Samsung...

Yes I know that, but a cheap one that uses old and outdated processors, cameras and batteries, and will be done in within the next year…

Nah they won't, having a low spec camera for example doesn't mean it won't last Confused.
