Nice restaurant in Chester that caters for vegans?

Taking DDs to Chester for shopping and lunch a week Monday as eldest DD turns 21.
DDs eat anything and would most like Italian, but are easygoing. They would probably like a meat dish as they mostly eat my vegetarian/vegan cooking. I don’t eat meat (by choice) and can’t eat dairy (allergies) so mostly stick to vegan choices when I go out, just to make life easier.
I’ve looked at Italian places in Chester but as the good ones all seem to be v traditional Italian there is literally nothing I could eat on any of the menus I have seen.
So can anyone recommend a place that is nice - as I said it’s a birthday celebration, so would prefer not a chain like Bella Italia etc, and would cater for all of our preferences?

Forgot to say, it does not have to be vegan but that would be a bonus Smile

Shrub is a vegan restaurant right in the centre of town.

It's quite new but seems very good

Atina Kitchen near the train station is also great, and has meat-free/vegan options

Thanks so much Hungry!! I just realised that neither my title nor my update make any sense whatsoever 🤦🏻‍♀️
So, for anyone who is still bothering:
I am looking for a nice Restaurant in Chester that caters for both vegans and non-vegans .
It does not have to be Italian but that would be a bonus.
So sorry - complete brain fog!!

Atina Kitchen is lovely, I know the owners! Great cocktails there too 😊
