Does this sound like gallbladder pain?

I've had diahorrea and stomach cramps on and off for a couple of weeks, not much of an appetite as I feel nauseous.. Also it feels like a spasm in my chest (under boobs).
I have a pain between my shoulder blades and I've been getting a feeling around my body like. I'm being squeezed.
Usually I can get it to ease using buscopan and liver salts.
Today the pain is bad between my shoulder blades and it feels like something is 'stuck,' under my ribs.

Costachondritis is bloomin painful too. Hopefully you are on anti coagulants for your PE. In fact both those conditions can make breathing painful A colleague's wife had PEs post covid and was unwell but now on the way to recovery, was ill for weeks and just thought it was covid.

Yes I'm on injections until I can get a scan next week to see whats going on.
