I finally remembered the title of the one I was looking for. I rather unironically enjoy this.

This one always stays with me. My son was dancing to it in the park a couple of years ago, someone had it on a loudspeaker. The video is so bad it’s amazing

Lovely song, and you can tell what they're trying to do, but at about 48 seconds in, Crowded House become disembodied heads on sticks, and it doesn't really improve from there:
