Since hitting menopause (hard!) I get such a bloated tummy most days.
I'm really slim so it's noticeable and gets progressively worse throughout the day.
It's really getting me down as some days my clothes feel uncomfortable and as it's much worse in the evening, I feel really self conscious on nights out 
Someone mentioned that a quality, daily probiotic might help but as there is so much choice, I could really do with a recommendation?
