Interview!

Had an interview yesterday and just not sure how it went... some bits I think I did really well, others I'm worried I waffled! I realllllyyy want the job. Anybody had an interview where they were doubtful they'd done well and got the job! Need some hope!

Was just so nervous as really want the job and worried I wasn't very clear in my answers.... then others came across really well. You never know I suppose!

I had this exact situation this week. I text my husband to tell him I messed it up the interview. I could hear myself waffling but was unable to stop. I got the job so good luck to you.

It's happened to me a couple of times (and the other way around).

Personally I think sending a follow up email is totally dependent on the company. Its not viewed positively in my industry but it is in others so you would be best placed to know if its a thing (sorry not helpful!).

You have to remember you are assessing it against your own abilities they are assessing it against others. Often we are our own harshest critics whereas we still come across as great to others.

DH applied for a job a few weeks ago. He phoned me after to say he had messed it up. They called him last week to offer him the job. Keep faith :)
