Hard lump inside nose

It’s right on the inside of the tip. It’s been growing there for a while. I can’t pierce it or pick it. It’s quite round and hard and fleshy.

Any idea what it could be?

Are you pregnant? I had something called a pyogenic granuloma which was like this - I was told it sometimes happens in pregnancy. It was completely harmless but did need a small procedure to get rid of it.

No, not pregnant
I can’t even see it to take a photo and share 🙈

I have one of these. It's been there for as long as I can remember so presumably is harmless. Incidentally I am currently pregnant and did wonder if it was looking more noticeable recently! How long have you had it?

I have something similar, I think it’s called a pilar cyst, I had mine checked and it is harmless, it hasn’t grown. It’s worth having it looked at but most likely nothing to worry about.
You could have it removed if it makes you feel better

Thanks for the suggestion Twinsmummy1812 I think it’s more like a Pilar cyst than a nose polyp
