Royal Mail--3 Months and Counting for International Letter?

Hi, I'm helping an elderly neighbor who's been unwell catch up on her admin. She posted a letter via Royal Mail in February of this year. It was sent to the States by International Track and Trace. When we go on Track and Trace, the message we get says:

"Your item is now leaving the UK. More information will be available when it arrives in the destination country."

I'm aware that things have been a bit slow with the pandemic, but is this sort of delay normal? Neighbor says the letter had no objects in it, only A4 paper. From the receipt, it looks like she addressed it properly.

Does anyone know if there is a number or web address we can contact about this? Forgive me if I missed something, but I checked the Royal Mail site, and there didn't seen to be anything about this specific issue. Thanks in advance for any help!
